How do I exchange an item?

For now, exchanges must processed by placing a new order with the desired item(s) or size(s). 

If you would like to process an exchange for your Try Before You Buy order, you must place a new order using either the merchant's regular checkout or the Try Before You Buy checkout program. The initial order that you would like to exchange can be fully returned and any additional charges can be refunded upon request once the return is received and confirmed by the merchant.
