I need to return multiple items with one pre-paid return label

Sometimes your order will arrive in multiple shipments. You can package everything you want to return into a single box and use the provided return shipping label to send it back. Returns, including return shipping, is always free. We would recommend using the initial box for delivery as your return package.

If you have already completed the returns process for select items and you would like to return additional items, you can use a different box. You must make sure that your order number and name is included inside or visibly on the return box for the merchant to identify. Please note that each return shipping label can only be used for one box. Try to include all items in one box and use one pre-paid return label.

If all the items do not fit into the original packaging and you do not have access to a larger box in order to send all the items in one package. Please contact us and we're happy to provide another return label in order to process the returns!
